Get-Fit! Personal Training, LLC, is owned by Louis Fleurizard. Louis and his team of IFTA (Interactive Fitness Trainers of America) certified personal trainers work with clients' needs ranging from strength and conditioning, weight loss, rehabilitation, food and nutrition and even diabetics. Louis has been a Type 1 diabetic for 32 years and knows the importance of eating healthy and exercising regularly.
Louis and his team strive to reach out to the community in the many different facilities that they train in for your convenience. Get-Fit! serves Winston-Salem and Greensboro. We have professionals at many locations including Allegacy Federal Credit Union, Truliant Federal Credit Union, Truliant Auto Buying Service, Airbound Trampoline Park in Greensboro, as well as the Kraze Fitness and Martial Arts Academy in Winston-Salem. We even offer packages where we come to your own home!

"I was in the mortgage business for 12 years. In 2011, I had a tragic accident and lost the use of my right arm for an entire year. Thanks to rehabilitation, I regained the use of my right arm and learned a lot through the process. This is when I decided to become a personal trainer.
From the beginning of my training career, I knew I wanted to change lives. I always looked at my diabetes as a curse but in training, I realized it was a blessing!
Through my experience, I knew I could CHANGE lives so I decided to start Get-Fit! Personal Training, LCC. Our motto ... CHANGING LIVES 1 REP AT A TIME."
